Our newest member of the herd!

Meet our newest addition.

Twiglet calved yesterday morning but unfortunately she wasn't too impressed by the idea of feeding or calf duties. The little calf grew weaker throughout the day and couldn't stand before Twiglet completely abandoned her. So a panic call to the vet and now she is a "house reindeer" she finally got the hang of sucking by 4 am and has had several good feeds of lamb colostrum now from her bottle. Her strength is improving by the minute.. So fingers crossed!
